What is the job about?
The Electronic & Digital Service Expert is responsible for providing customer assistance on standard and electronic / digital products, providing consultancy both in office and on-field for customers, performing pumps / cabinets / display configuration and commissionings, performing products tests and answering to requests received from customers / colleagues.
He/she is responsible for customer satisfaction
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

- Has advanced electronic knowledge
- Provide both remote and on-site support to customers
- Get in touch with group product managers for technical support may be required;
- Prepares clear and complete service reports and ensures that these are submitted on time (products failure root cause analysis, warranty claims, etc);
- Analyze data coming from the equipment – measurement instruments and prepare reports accordingly
- Registers the identified product quality issue in the system (SAP based);
- Prepares services quotations accordingly
- Assists in project execution – installation support, commissioning etc;
- Provides feedback of relevant information to the respective stakeholders (sales, operations, including identified leads);
- Supervises/directs Authorized Service Partners (ASP) services delivered in accordance with Grundfos requirements and customer expectation, where there is the case;
- Manages complex projects execution;
Experience:
- Diploma / degree in electronic field
- Minimum 5 years experience in the field, within electronic and digital products
- English Fluent
- Ability and will to move on-site
- Problem solving approach
