For our customer, Europe´s largest provider for renewable energy, we are looking for a Project Manager – Offshore (f/m/d).

Your role:

  • Manage a large, well established offshore project
  • Coordination of project team including external consultants and service providers
  • Reporting on projects status to senior management
  • Liaise and co-ordinate with the lead EIA consultant and the consultation teams in both the preparation of planning applications and the local consultation plans
  • Develop the business case for wind and solar projects with the commercial and markets teams
  • Manage a motivated team of at least 2 direct reports
  • Excellent collaboration with the project teams consisting of both internal and external experts
  • General contribution to the development of offshore wind competence at our customer, including development and maintenance of high environmental and HSE standards.

Your profile:

  • University degree within relevant field
  • Experience in a similar field of managing offshore development projects with a proven track record of delivering renewable/large scale infrastructure projects through development and construction stages
  • Demonstrated ability of working with the planning process and all development stages of offshore wind
  • Experience of having full responsibility for management of project budgets and schedules
  • Proactive and solution orientated with strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication, relationship building and good management skills including organisational ability and a target oriented; demonstrated ability to prioritize
  • Clear affinity with renewables and ideally relevant working experience in the renewable energy industry
  • Concisely frame issues by providing context, analysis, recommendations and risk/benefit, both in written and verbal format to project teams
  • An excellent application MS Excel and other MS applications
  • Independent self-starter. Ability to manage a large workload, often providing support to processes managed by colleagues, while prioritizing tasks and effectively juggling competing deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills in English
