- Build up and lead a great product organization, be part of the onsite leadership team, shaping the customer experience of the leading off-price premium fashion online retailer in Europe
- Work closely with your peer product organization in “User Engagement” and “Search, Browse & PDP”.
- Create products that – working backwards from the customer – deepen our relationship with our users and have a positive impact on both our customer lifetime value and customer satisfaction
- Drive product strategy, road-mapping and execution, beginning with data driven discovery up to the measurement of performance
- Transform the team from a project focus to a true product focus including the full ownership of the respective teams
- Assure that the collaboration with the Engineering teams is based on common goals by having the users and their respective KPIs in the center of attention. Involve Engineering actively and make the teams part of the solutions.
- Work and align closely with the business unit Convenience
- Define, commit, measure and improve KPIs for success (e.g. input metrics, output metrics, user NPS, A/B-Testing)
- Build-up data- and customer driven narratives for product vision, strategic decisions and alignment within the company and the executive peers.

- Long-term proven track record, including 5+ years of leadership experience in a production 24/7 high-availability, hybrid enterprise environment, including application hosting, voice and data networks, security, and information protection
- Experience of leading overall IT infrastructure for a complex organization and network, including multicounty setup, VLAN setup for regulatory requirement, managing data protection, etc.
- Working knowledge of Storage Area Network (SAN) and related technologies, Cisco-based network communications technology, high availability and disaster recovery architecture, communication, and related technologies
- Deep technical know-how for complex infrastructure implementations, system upgrades and operational troubleshooting in combination with experience of transition projects from on-premise systems to the cloud
- Experience with comprehensive disaster recovery architectures and operations, including storage area network and redundant, highly available server and network architectures
- Great hands-on leadership personality who is not only fun to work with but also has a passion for IT infrastructure and technology and experienced in strategy definition and the writing of papers for executive review
- English and German fluently in speaking and writing
- 10+ years of work experience, 5+ years of VP/Director level of product management at a top tier online product organization
- Track record of great software products in E-Commerce
- Vast experience building international, localized checkout flows and integration of payment service providers, offering a variety of payment methods
- Experienced at using quantitative and qualitative data effectively to inform product direction and prioritization
- Strong leadership personality focusing on empowerment of your team
- Strong communication skills in English (mandatory) and German (of advantage). Ability to communicate with senior executives.
