Bid Manager (Offshore Wind) (f/m/d)

For our customer, Europe´s leading provider for renewable energy, we are looking for a Bid Manager (Offshore Wind) (f/m/d).
Your role:
- Liaise with other members of the team to prepare bids for the offshore renewable energy support schemes and for seabed auctions
- Provide input to the pre-qualification process to the bid process
- Liaise with auction task force and development team in the preparation of the bids
- Support all levels of the Bid process lifecycle, including:
- Bid Planning and Production
- Identify resource requirements
- Act as a single point of contact for bid team
- Maintain Bid Documentation
- Drive commercial review approvals process
- Edit contributions to bid
- Collate and maintain risk registers and manage risk process in accordance with company standards and delivery governance
- Monitor and report bid costs
- Produce post bid review
- Contribution to bid strategies to maximise our chance of winning
Your profile:
- Qualification in Finance or Engineering
- A background in the Renewables industry is required and preferably also in the Offshore Industry
- Experience in preparing bids for auctions. Some bid experience for Seabed would be advantageous
- Experience of assessing project economics, developing business cases and complex bid strategies and pricing
- Ability to work to tight deadlines with a focus on consistent quality. You will be capable of effective prioritisation of tasks and personal time management, while recognising and flagging issues outside area of own expertise
- Influencing skills: the ability to get people at multiple levels to deliver what you need on time and with high quality, even though they won’t report to you will be critical to the success of the role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage at all levels across an organisation internally and externally
- Good numerical skills
