- Provide best-in-class order-to-cash Tech products including product management, system implementation, system operation, software engineering and data science
- Coordinate the product roadmap and drive the standardized implementation and enhancements of process chains from order entry until return in close collaboration with your key stakeholders
- Become an integral part of the BU Convenience, supporting the decision-making process and ensure the delivery of business value to achieve the common goals
- Build up a great Tech team for order-to-cash processes around SAP S/4HANA and support standard solutions to increase business value to enable BestSecret’s growth plans
- Consult and guide your stakeholders and team functionally as well as technically by executing regular reviews and build up knowledge
- Take ownership of delivering order-to-cash solutions based on business requirements, assessing impacts, priorities, and available resources

- Proven track record in the Tech and SAP environment combined with several years of experience in SAP order-to-cash processes including customizing, user experience and integration into SAP and non-SAP IT-landscapes
- Very good knowledge of B2C E-Commerce business and processes, preferably in the areas of Order Management and Logistics
- Inspirational leader with in-depth agile team management skills and the ability to deliver on the agreed targets and empower your team to take ownership
- Strong communication skills in English (German is a plus) up to senior executive level and hands-on, people-centric management style focusing on delivery and employee satisfaction
