Project Manager – German Speaking (m/w/d)

For our client, a digital infrastructure consulting firm, we are currently looking for a German speaking Project Manager  (m/w/d) to help our team make a difference in the world.

Your Role:

• Manage client relations: responsible for maintaining open and effective channels of communication with the Client/s to ensure that MD7 is meeting objectives and delivering value through our project performance and relationship management. Responsible for communicating the latest news/demands/updates from the carrier to the team
• Managing a team: assigning written targets to individual team members; performance management in line with MD7’s performance management processes; liaising with HR on personnel issues; managing absences, etc.
• Reporting: both internal and external report design and delivery; communicate changes to any reporting requirements to Data/Reporting team for implementation; review, analyse and discuss and deliver to Client
• Assist with resolving invoicing/validation questions if required

Your Profile:

• Native-level German language and basic English language fluency
• Demonstrable experience negotiating or persuading others to take action
• Basic computer skills with Outlook, Excel and Word are required
• Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively over the phone
• Ability to prioritise and be self-motivated with minimal supervision
• Effective time management skills
• Comfortable placing outbound calls
• Proven ability to lead a team
• Demonstrated ability to execute an effective sales process
• Experience as a Lease Consultant is preferred
• Customer service, call centre and/or experience dealing with the public is helpful
