We took over all internal transfers in the scope of an RPO project.
Assessment
In an initial project assessment, a clear goal was set in terms of purpose of the individual positions. Meaning the characteristics, skills, and experience sought in a candidate.
Project
We took care of the posting of job ads, the applicant screening and coordinating job interviews in cooperation with the hiring manager. We also participated in the interview process and gave advice on the actual fit of the candidates. Furthermore we streamlined the decision structure and reduced bureaucracy by implementing clear and traceable processes
